Piotr Korycki is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a degree in Finance. He holds ACCA qualifications and developed his managerial skills at the renowned International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, among other places.

He began his professional career as a Manager in the Warsaw office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in Technology, Telecommunications, and Media. In 2003, he joined TVN S.A., where, as Deputy CFO, he was involved in financing and refinancing projects, business controlling, transformations and mergers, multiple ownership changes, as well as the company’s IPO, delisting, and integration into US-listed corporate structures of new shareholders.

Between 2012 and 2018, as CFO/COO of TVN S.A., he was responsible for finance, human resources, technology, investor relations, and content acquisitions. From 2018 to 2021, he served as President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of TVN S.A.

In early 2021, he joined Jerzy Starak’s group, where he oversaw the operations of companies such as Polpharma S.A., Herbapol Lublin, Belvedere, among others. From 2021 to 2024, he held the position of President of the Management Board of Polpharma Biologics S.A., a leading international biotechnology company that develops and manufactures biologic medicines in Poland, serving patients worldwide.
